Our RHF lagged fans are not just about thermal isolation and noise reduction. They are designed with integrated lagging within a second skin, offering easy access to the fan's internals for hassle-free servicing and maintenance. The casing is completely contained within another casing, with the Internal Skin connected to the outer skin by one ring on the inlet side and two rings on the drive side. This unique design ensures excellent thermal and acoustic isolation, setting our lagged fans apart from the rest.
Our Lagged fans have been designed so that the lagging is an integral part of the design, not an afterthought. This design ensures that the appearance, finish and performance of these fans are far superior to fans that have had lagging applied to them on-site by lagging contractors. Our lagged fans are the best-finished lagged fans available. In addition to the appearance, finish and performance benefits, in the event of fan impellor removal with our fans, the disassembly is straightforward, just unbolting and bolting. With fans that have been lagged on site, the user is faced with the additional tasks (and costs) of cutting away the lagging and then subsequently repairing / patching of those panels.
