The impeller is directly keyed onto the bearing unit shaft and driven by vee belts enclosed within a tunnel, which isolates them from the air stream. External lubrication points are easily accessible for maintenance. The motor is mounted on an adjustable platform, allowing proper belt tensioning for 205 to 1220 mm diameters.
Our innovative design features the motor positioned outside the casing, ensuring both safety and efficiency. The drive bearing and belts are housed within a tunnel, further enhancing performance by isolating them from the airstream. The impeller is mounted on a precision-machined shaft, with the front bearing strategically placed behind the hub of the impeller to shield it from direct airflow. This design can withstand maximum air temperatures of up to 110ºC.
