RHF Fans Wins Sustainability Award

Earlier this month, five members of our RHF Fans team travelled to Stoke- on-Trent for the Solids Handling Industry Awards Dinner. It was a fantastic evening, not only to catch up with clients but also to connect with other businesses across the sector that are doing incredible work in safety, innovation, and training.
We're proud to share that RHF Fans was awarded the Sustainability Award that night. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to reducing our environmental impact. Congratulations to all the winners, nominees, and those who were shortlisted for other awards. It’s brilliant to see such passion and progress being recognised across the Solids Handling Industry.\
In 2023, we took a major step forward by installing a 257.72 kw solar photovoltaic system at our facility, featuring 600 high- efficiency panels. Since going live, the system has generated over 180,000 kwh of renewable energy, helping to reduce our carbon footprint and operate more sustainably.
But sustainability at RHF Fans goes beyond infrastructure. It's engineered into every product we deliver.
Our Smoothflow™ centrifugal fan range is a prime example. Featuring a reengineered inlet cone and impeller shroud to reduce turbulence, lower noise, and improve energy efficiency. This design is now standard across all our centrifugal fans, helping our customers lower energy use, reduce costs, and meet their own sustainability goals.

A special thank you to SHAPA and General Secretary Louise Smallwood for organising such a brilliant evening. Our award is now proudly sitting in the boardroom, and of course, there had to be cake for the team members who couldn't attend!
