In-House Manufacturing

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of a high-precision CMZ 5-axis TD 35 Y 1350 lathe machine at our plant. This new investment marks a massive leap in our manufacturing capabilities. It means we can now produce a full spectrum of fan components in-house and, in turn, significantly reduce our reliance on external suppliers. Thanks to this state-of-the-art addition, we now offer some of the best lead times in the industry, which means we can serve our clients more quickly with a shorter turnaround.

The addition of this lathe is fantastic for our independence from other suppliers, and we are proud to say that all fan components are now made in-house. This allows us to fully control the manufacturing process from start to finish and, therefore, guarantee consistency across our product range. Now that we have eliminated the need to outsource parts, we can reduce our lead times and boost our production, giving us a competitive edge in the UK market.

A High-Precision European Machine

The CMZ 5-axis TD 35 Y 1350 lathe is a high-precision machine manufactured in Europe with an automated programming feature which allows us to produce both standard products and custom designs.

Our Sales Director Mark Higgins shares his enthusiasm: "We're always looking for ways to improve, and this new lathe allows us to do just that. We can now make key fan components like hubs with keyways, shafts, cooling disks, and even special bearings right here in our workshop. This speeds up production and maintains our high-quality standards across our entire product line."
