No4 Plug Swingout

One of our customers had problems with existing supplier, the fans they supplied had issues with poor temperature isolation and performance. Additionally the customer had to weld pivot points onto the fan and positioning  and aligning the inlet cone was very difficult.
RHF redesigned this fan so that whole unit bolted onto to their machine complete with swingout pivots. The inlet was pre-set and attached to the unit and insulation was added to the main swingout section, helping to prevent excessive external temperatures.
The benefits for the customer was reduced work, easier connection of the inlet to their internal ducting and no associated inlet positioning problems.

The customers experienced better performance and much lower external temperatures on fan unit.
The maximum air temperature for this design is 250ºC.
