When did you start at RHF Fans Ltd?
I started at RHF Fans Ltd in April 2017.
What does your job in external sales involve?
My job in external sales involves account management, business development, route planning, appointment making, excellent punctuality and time keeping, problem solving and quote making and chasing.
What is most rewarding in your job?
I would say the most rewarding thing about my job would be problem management, resolving client’s queries with solutions. Satisfied clients are more likely to buy again.
What do you find challenging in your job?
The most challenging part of my job is getting to see all of my clients as much as I would like and product knowledge, you can’t know everything!
What is your career history?
I spent 11 years being a sales/account manager and business development team leader. I then moved on to insurance products and card payment merchant.
What are your plans for the future?
Plans are all personal performance linked. I think if you do well then that will afford you the nice things you have planned, you just have to keep going and success will happen.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
I work out 4 times a week and weekends are ruled by my children. On Saturdays we have football and Sunday we do girls stuff!
