Format Configuration Maximum Operating Temp. Features
Universal (Drive Side Removal) No4-univ-dsr-Model 200 °C The impellor can be removed from drive side, without having to disturb the inlet or discharge ducting.
Universal No4-univ-Model 200 °C The impellor can be removed from inlet side only, this casing type is used for where only the airstream parts are required to be stainless steel or for ATEX classification fans.
Universal Lagged No4-univ-lagged-Model 300 °C with 100mm lagging The impellor can be removed from inlet side only. This casing has 2 further variants, one where the lagging is cut back at the discharge and one where the inlet flange is unlagged. The maximum air temperature with 50mm integral flange to flange lagging is 250°C.
Universal Lagged (Drive Side Removal) No4-univ-lagged-dsr-Model 300 °C with 100mm lagging The maximum air temperature is 250ºC with 50mm integral flange to flange lagging The impellor can be removed from drive side, without having to disturb the inlet or discharge ducting. This casing has 2 further variants, one where the lagging is cut back at the discharge and one where the inlet flange is unlagged.
Universal Bung No4-univ-bung-Model 300 °C This arrangement has a bung welded to the drive side of the casing, maximum air temperature is 250ºC with a 50mm bung and 300ºC with a 100mm bung. The impellor can be removed from inlet side only.
Fixed No4-fixed-Model 200 °C The casing is split horizontally (discharge angles allowing) to aid impellor removal. The impellor can be also be removed from inlet side, but not from the drive side.
Fixed Lagged No4-fixed-lagged-Model 300 °C with 100mm lagging Maximum air temperature for this fan is 300°C with 100mm integral flange to flange lagging. The casing is split horizontally (discharge angles allowing) to aid impellor removal. The impellor can be also be removed from the inlet side, but not from the drive side.
Fixed Bung No4-fixed-bung-Model 300 °C There is a bung welded to the drive side of the casing, maximum air temperature is 270ºC with a 70mm bung and 300ºC with a 100mm bung. The casing is split horizontally (discharge angles allowing) to aid impellor removal. The impellor can be also be removed from inlet side, but not from the drive side.
